Morning Run @ GGP

Start your day with fresh air and good energy at Morning Run at the Golden Gate Park! Lace up and join a friendly group of runners for an easy-paced morning loop through the park’s tree-lined paths and open meadows, perfect for all levels from casual joggers to seasoned runners. We’ll meet at 7:00 AM near the JFK Promenade entrance, do a short warm-up together, then head out for a relaxed 3–5 mile run with plenty of chances to enjoy the scenery and chat with fellow runners. After the run, stick around for coffee and light snacks nearby to cool down, swap routes and tips, and ease into the rest of your day feeling refreshed.
